Teacher Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms carefully before applying for any tuition assignment. These Terms are legally binding for every registered teacher.

🚫 Important Notice

Any parent or student introduced by BestTuitionTeacher is an exclusive business lead of BestTuitionTeacher. Teachers must not bypass the bureau, collect the first month's fee directly or continue tuition privately. Violations may lead to account suspension, compensation claims and legal action.

👤 Registration

  • Teacher registration is completely FREE.
  • Profile approval is mandatory before applying for tuition assignments.
  • Profiles containing false or misleading information may be rejected, suspended or permanently removed.

💰 Commission Policy

  • Teachers must not collect the first month's tuition fee directly.
  • The first month's fee is collected by BestTuitionTeacher and the teacher's share is released after deducting commission.
  • 50% First Month Commission for every successful tuition assignment is 50% of one month's fee.
  • 40% Renewal If the tuition continues after completing one full year from the class start date, the teacher must pay a renewal commission equal to 40% of one month's tuition fee.
    The same renewal commission shall apply for every subsequent year the tuition continues.
  • 20% Package For package or short-term courses, the commission is 20% of the total course fee.
  • Commission is non-refundable.

💰 Payment Schedule Policy

  • To ensure a safe and transparent payment process, Teachers shall collect tuition fees only on a Half-Month Payment Tenure basis. Collecting advance tuition fees for more than Half-Month Payment Tenure is strictly prohibited unless prior written approval is obtained from BestTuitionTeacher.
  • Parents are advised not to pay advance tuition fees exceeding one Half-Month Payment Tenure to any teacher without prior written approval from BestTuitionTeacher.
  • Any violation of this payment policy shall be treated as a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in suspension or termination of the teacher's profile, compensation claims, and/or appropriate legal action by BestTuitionTeacher.

🎯 Trial Policy

  • Each teacher is eligible for a maximum of 2 trial opportunities to prove their teaching ability.
  • Teachers who successfully convert trial classes into regular tuition assignments may continue receiving new tuition opportunities from BestTuitionTeacher. However, if a teacher repeatedly fails to convert trial classes, BestTuitionTeacher reserves the right to stop providing further tuition leads or permanently suspend the teacher's profile.

👨‍🏫 Teacher Responsibilities

  • Be punctual, professional and respectful.
  • Report the trial (Done/Cancelled) status within 2 hours.
  • Inform BestTuitionTeacher within 24 hours whether the trial was successful, unsuccessful, or if tuition has started or been discontinued.
  • Keep parent/student information confidential.
  • Inform BestTuitionTeacher about any issue affecting continuation.

🚫 Non-Circumvention Policy

  • Do not continue tuition privately with our introduced students/parents.
  • Do not negotiate fees independently.
  • Do not collect the first month's fee.
  • Do not encourage parents to bypass BestTuitionTeacher.
  • This obligation remains valid for 24 months from introduction.

⚠️ Prohibited Activities

  • Providing fake documents or false information.
  • Concealing successful tuition assignments.
  • Collecting unauthorized payments.
  • Misusing confidential information.
  • Any act causing financial or reputational loss.
  • If a parent requests direct payment or private tuition, the teacher must immediately inform BestTuitionTeacher. Failure to report such communication will be treated as a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

By registering, applying for tuition assignments, submitting documents or clicking "I Agree", you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
