TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TEACHERS

All Teachers Registered with Us Must Follow These 'Terms & Conditions':
  1. Registration for teachers is free, but your profile must be approved on our website before applying for any tuition jobs.
  2. We are Providing Comission Based Services.
  3. Teachers are not allowed to request or collect the first month’s fees from parents or students. BestTuitionTeacher will collect the first month's fees in advance from the parents or students and transfer the fees to the teacher.
  4. A commission of 50% of the first month's fees will be charged for each tuition job. For the subsequent months, the full amount will be given to the teacher Till Next Session. Teachers Would Also be Charged 40% Comission for the successive Years sessions.
  5. Trial Policy for the Teachers:
    • Each teacher receives 3 free trial opportunities From Our Platform and if their Trial suscess then Free Trails would be extended.
    • After 3 unsuccessful trials, additional trials cost ₹300 per trial.
    • If a paid trial converts into a successful tuition, the ₹300 fee will be adjusted against the teacher’s commission.
    • If a paid trial does not convert, the 300 fee is non-refundable.
  6. A commission Amount is Not Refundable.

  7. In case of fraudulent activity by any teacher, including but not limited to:
    • Establishing direct contact with parents
    • Collecting fees directly from parents
    • Continuing tuition sessions without informing the tuition bureau
    We will take legal action against the teacher under the relevant provisions of IPC 420 or BNS 318. Additionally, we reserve the right to charge a compensation fee equal to five times the original fee amount for fraudulent activities.
