All Teachers Registered with Us Must Follow These Terms & Conditions

1. Registration for teachers is free; however, your profile must be approved on our website before you can apply for any tuition assignments.
2. We provide commission-based services.
3. Teachers are not permitted to request or collect the first month's fee directly from parents or students. BestTuitionTeacher will collect the first month's fee in advance from the parent or student and transfer the applicable amount to the teacher as per our commission policy.
4. A commission of 50% of the first month's fee will be charged for each tuition assignment. From the second month onwards, the teacher will receive the full fee until the end of the academic session. For any tuition that continues into a subsequent academic year, a commission of 40% of one month's fee will be charged. The commission must be paid on or before 15 July of the respective academic year.
5. For package-based or short-term courses, a commission of 20% of the total course fee shall be payable by the teacher.

6. Trial Policy for Teachers:

   • Each teacher receives 3 free trial opportunities through our platform. If a trial is successful, additional free trial opportunities may be provided.
   • After 3 unsuccessful trials, additional trials will be charged at ₹300 per trial.
   • If a paid trial results in a successful tuition assignment, the ₹300 trial fee will be adjusted against the teacher's commission.
   • If a paid trial does not result in a successful tuition assignment, the ₹300 trial fee is non-refundable.
7. The commission amount is non-refundable.

8. In the event of fraudulent activity by any teacher, for example (including but not limited to):
   • Establishing direct contact with parents without authorization.
   • Collecting fees directly from parents or students.
   • Continuing tuition sessions without informing or obtaining approval from BestTuitionTeacher.
   BestTuitionTeacher reserves the right to initiate appropriate legal proceedings under applicable laws, including relevant provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), in cases of fraud, misconduct, or breach of these terms. Additionally, we may impose a compensation charge equal to five times the original fee amount in cases involving fraudulent activity.
9. By registering with BestTuitionTeacher, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions stated herein.
10. We expect all teachers to act responsibly, professionally, and with integrity while working with BestTuitionTeacher. We wish you success and rewarding earnings. Thank you.
