During my experience I have gained a lot of knowledge about teaching and various role of a teacher along with that I have learnt about students and children, not every student is same and a teacher should know about their students like their strength and weaknesses, it really helps a lot while teaching. And i think my strength is that I can make the complex topics easier to understand fir a student.
