School Experience: During my school experience, I have had the opportunity to work with students from different learning levels and backgrounds. As a Computer Science and IT teacher, my role has not been limited to teaching technical concepts. I have tried to understand students' individual needs, identify their learning gaps, and make technology learning practical and engaging. I have used activities such as coding exercises, projects, demonstrations, and hands-on computer work to help students learn by doing. As a department leader, I have also coordinated with teachers, supported curriculum planning, managed laboratory resources, and encouraged students to participate in technology-related activities and exhibitions. One of the biggest things I have learned is that every student can learn and grow when they receive the right guidance, encouragement, and opportunities. This experience has strengthened my patience, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills and has made me more committed to contributing to education beyond my classroom.

I have several years of experience in education, teaching Computer Science, Information Technology, and Informatics Practices to school and higher-level students. I have worked as a TGT, PGT, Computer Faculty, and Computer Science Trainer. In my current role as TGT (Computer Science/IT/IP) cum HOD, I lead departmental activities, plan curriculum, mentor students and teachers, manage laboratory resources, and promote practical and project-based learning. I have organized coding activities, technology projects, competitions, and exhibitions to encourage students to explore technology. My experience has strengthened my leadership, communication, classroom management, and problem-solving skills. My biggest achievement is helping students develop confidence and practical technology skills while creating a more engaging learning environment.
